职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Manage projects from inception to completion with responsibility for on schedule and on budget completion of project commitments.
-Responsible for customer coordination and communication, capturing customer requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Plan for and manage project resources including daily supervision of the project team.
-Responsible for all deliverables under each project.
-Responsible for regular status reporting, and for the identification and tracking of any issue impacting project outcome.
-For issues that cannot be resolved by the project team, PM is responsible for promptly raising concerns to company and customer management.

Qualifications:
-Solid understanding of software technology including Java, database technology, software architecture and design.
-Minimum 6 or 7 years total experience in software engineering including 3 to 5 years progressively responsible experience in managing software projects.
-Experience with financial services software applications such as securities trading, mutual funds or banking. Experience with high performance software applications a major plus.
-Undergraduate degree in relevant technology or business area. Graduate degree a plus.
-Knowledge of mature software and project management processes such as CMMI and PMP.
-Fluent in both Chinese and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
-Experience working for multinational companies a plus.

Reporting line:
-Responsible to Program Manager or Division Manager
