职位描述:
To support our planned business expansion in Asia, we are inviting applications for our Asia Management Trainee program. Successful applicants will go through a systematic programme of planned job rotation, training and development.
The initial development programme is expected to last around 2 to 3 years. It gives the trainee an all round exposure to the various aspects of business management covering different countries as well as different functions.
Depending on the needs of the business, participants will be considered for short term (up to 6-12 months) overseas postings either with the Asia Pacific region or cross regional assignments in Europe or in the Americas.
Successful trainees are expected to take up middle level management positions (e.g. Sales Managers, Regional Marketing Managers, Manufacturing Managers, and Supply Chain Managers etc.) within a period of 3-5 years. Outstanding performers are expected to take up senior managerial positions up to Director Level within a period of 8-10 years.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A University Degree in a technical or professional discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Business, Accounting, Science, Engineering & etc.) from a reputable University;
- A post graduate qualification in business (e.g. MBA) will be viewed favourably;
- Prior working experience of one to two years in a multinational environment is preferred;
- Drive, ambition and a strong motivation towards career success in a business career;
- Good communications skills and complete fluency in English is a must, a good understanding of a 3rd language (as well as the mother language and English) will give added advantage in a multinational business environment;
- Pleasant and outgoing personality;
- Commercial flair with a professional and mature outlook;
- Interested in a long term career with a multinational company;
